Casa Manana Mexican Restaurant of Lake Charles Louisiana is what I consider the cream of all Mexican Restaurant. Having managed several Restaurants in the southwest Louisiana area I know a fine restaurant when I'm in one. Not only is the food great, but the wait staff are one of the best trained I believe I have ever had the pleasure of being served by, not to mention the excellent management team headed by Dan Hardesty. For a pleasurable dining experience visit Casa the next time you're wanting Mexican food at it's best. Be sure and tell them Tom sent you, it want get you anything special, but maybe Frank will let you have a small free cheese dip anyway.
